A seasoned head-hunter, he brings a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach to problem solving, enabling him to recruit top talent across a range of sectors, including Tax, Accounting, Digital Marketing and Software Development. He prides himself on building strong B2B and B2C relationships, and delivering excellent levels of customer satisfaction. 

Helen brings a wealth of expertise to her role, with 14 years’ experience in high-end, bespoke client and customer-facing sales and a proven track record as a Business Manager at a leading independent Chartered Surveying firm. She has also served as Executive Assistant to a Senior Civil Servant, where she managed a portfolio of around 300 projects valued at £50 billion.

With strong skills in portfolio growth and project management, Helen is highly regarded for her ability to build and nurture long-term relationships. In her current role, she is instrumental in supporting our CEO, Jane Wylie Roberts, and plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running and growth of the business.
