Your responsibilities a Director
You'll build and develop strong relationships with clients, delivering an exceptional level of service while acting as a trusted tax advisor. You'll proactively identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, support new business development, and successfully manage the delivery of complex tax projects, ensuring a commercially focused approach and the highest standard of technical excellence. You'll also play a key role in maximising value for both clients and the business while effectively managing risk.
Working collaboratively across the wider team, you'll build strong internal and external network, communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, and contribute to the strategic direction of the team. You'll also support the development of junior colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and day-to-day supervision, taken an active role in team management, operational planning, and the successful delivery of client assignments.
Requirements
We're looking an experienced UK tax practitioner with reviewing skills and expertise in Restructuring Tax and ideally experience in UK tax compliance. You will be degree qualified with a ACA/ATT/CTA or international equivalent or law qualification.
You'll also have project management skills, plan and prioritise work, meet deadlines, and the ability to monitor your own budget and time.
