About the role

Ready to lead complex transformation projects and help global organisations tackle their biggest business challenges?

You’ll help clients navigate change, unlock opportunities through innovation and data, manage risk and regulatory complexity, and develop strategies that deliver sustainable growth and competitive advantage.

Your responsibilities as a Director of Cyber Technology & Transformation

As a Cybersecurity Director, you’ll lead a global delivery team and work with clients to solve complex cybersecurity challenges, from strategy through to execution. You’ll play a key role in growing the cybersecurity practice across the Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical and Industrial Products sectors.

You’ll lead large-scale security transformation programmes, including Supply Chain Security, OT Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Managed Services transformations. You’ll also advise clients on target operating models and the challenges surrounding IT/OT convergence, working closely with stakeholders across IT, Risk, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Security.

Alongside project delivery, you’ll identify new market opportunities, develop compelling cybersecurity propositions and build long-term strategic relationships with clients and key vendors. You’ll also take responsibility for growing, developing and leading a high-performing global delivery team, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and ways of working across multiple projects.

Requirements

We’re looking for an experienced Cybersecurity professional with at least 10 years’ experience within manufacturing, pharmaceuticals or industrial products, alongside a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.

You’ll have strong experience across areas such as OT Security, Cyber Strategy, Supply Chain Security, Vulnerability Management, Identity and Access Management or Incident Response, with knowledge of relevant regulations and frameworks including NIS2, EU CRA, IEC 62443 and NIST.

Strong leadership, business development and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside the ability to influence senior decision-makers and deliver innovative cybersecurity solutions. Previous security consulting experience and certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, GRID or GCIP would be advantageous.

You must be fluent in English, with proficiency in German or French considered a strong advantage.
