Your key responsibilities as a Senior Corporate Tax Advisory Manager 

As a Senior Corporate Tax Advisory Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering Singapore and international corporate tax advisory services on structuring, investments, M&A, and related matters across diverse industries. You’ll support clients with tax disputes and authority enquiries and build strong client relationships while keeping them informed on market developments. In addition, you will learn about, apply, and implement Digital Tax Solutions, including Robotic Process Automation and Data Analytics.

In this role, you’ll mentor and manage junior team members, collaborate with other teams and government agencies such as the EDB and Enterprise Singapore and contribute to business development and client acquisition.

Requirements 

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager with at least 8 years of experience in Singapore and International corporate tax. The ideal candidate will have a degree and/or relevant postgraduate or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Tax, Business, Economics, Law or Technology.
