Your responsibilities as a Private Tax Senior Manager 

As a key contact for ultra-high-net-worth Asian and global families, you’ll act as a trusted advisor while leading a team of specialised international professionals to deliver complex, cross-border projects. You’ll coordinate advice across multiple geographies and service lines, working closely with colleagues across the Asia Pacific region.

After an introductory period, you’ll frequently travel to Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries to meet clients, either independently or alongside a tax partner. Ideally, you’ll be based in or spend extended periods in Indonesia or another key market, deepening relationships with local Private professionals.

Reporting directly to the Tax Partner, you’ll play a pivotal leadership role, empowering your team, fostering collaboration, and driving impactful results. You’ll build strong client relationships, challenge yourself and others to deliver excellence, and identify new opportunities that contribute to our continued success.
 

Requirements 

We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of relevant experience in providing tax advise, including some relevant experience in international tax advise, preferably with an international professional services firm. You should also have a degree in business/finance/economy or law. 

You should bring excellent project management skills and a strong personality and soft skills to advise sensitive families. With also the ambition and capability to grow into a bigger responsibility after 1-3 years depending on performance. 

An SIATP accreditation would be an added advantage.
