Your key responsibilities as the Tax and Technology Manager 

As a Tax and Technology Manager, you will be responsible for leading tax technology implementation projects, ensuring compliance with BEPS 2.0 Pillar 2 and other regulatory changes. You will conduct data gap analyses to identify deficiencies in current tax reporting processes and design and manage tax data dictionaries outlining data sources, uses, and dependencies. In addition, you will track tax tech trends and regulatory changes to enhance service delivery and build strong client relationships, providing expert guidance on tax technology. 

Requirements  

We are looking for someone with 4 years experience working within Tax Technology, Tax Compliance or a related advisory role. Someone with a strong understanding of  international tax principles, OECD guidelines, and BEPS 2.0 Pillar 2 impact. 

You are a proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate tax and tech channels tax and tech challenges, are comfortable in a client-facing role and large-scale project environments and are capable of translating complex tax and tach topics into clear, engaging content for various audiences.
