Your key responsibilities as the International Tax Manager
As a Senior Manager, you will be a key innovator, collaborating with clients on projects that align with economic, business, and technical realities to drive their growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Ireland’s foreign direct investment (FDI) landscape, as all inward investment—primarily from multinational corporations (MNCs) in North America, Australia, Canada, and Asia—flows through this team of 100 professionals.
In this role, you will mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence. You will provide hands-on coaching, onboarding support, and guidance, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams within the business. Additionally, you will cultivate and manage client relationships, identifying and capitalising on new opportunities. By embracing digital transformation, you will stay ahead of technological advancements, integrating them seamlessly into daily operations to drive efficiency and innovation.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly experienced Tax Consultant with a minimum of five years’ expertise in international tax and the financial complexities faced by multinational groups. A deep understanding of Irish tax is essential. The ideal candidate will be AITI/CTA qualified (or qualified by experience) with a strong academic background.
We welcome candidates from diverse professional backgrounds, including accountants and lawyers, as well as those with experience in the Big 4, corporate, environmental, or international tax sectors. The successful candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, enabling them to identify and develop business opportunities that drive growth within foreign direct investment (FDI) and the firm.
