We're looking for an experienced Senior Tax Manager to a busy private client team working in a compliance and advisory role working with Directors and other team members to access complex situations, provide advice and reach technical opinions.

Your key responsibilities as the Senior Tax Manager 

As a Senior Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing an assigned client portfolio, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with deadlines. You will plan and delegate work effectively, overseeing accurate and complex final reviews to minimize risk and lead billing processes and collaborate with Credit Control to ensure timely invoice payments. You will also identify cross-tax issues (e.g., estate, IHT, corporate) and engage relevant specialists as needed.

In addition, you will ask as a role model mentoring junior staff, supporting their technical and professional development, and manage HR matters with guidance.

Requirements 

We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager with at least 5 years experience working in practice. You will be a qualified member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT) and qualified to practice US tax. 

The ideal candidate will be skilled in delivering high-quality client services across all communication channels and proficient in handling a broad range of client tax needs, billing processes, and signing out US/UK tax returns.
