Your key responsibilities as a Senior Associate Tax Lawyer

In this role, you will work with clients on legal model reinvention, process optimization, spend analysis, contract transformation, and digital transformation. You’ll lead business requirements, analyze needs, implement systems, and provide project management support. You’ll also manage client expectations through proactive communication. Additionally, you’ll conduct market research, evaluate and implement legal technology solutions, manage services and assist in creating reports, presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and client deliverables.

Requirements

We are seeking an skilled professional with experience utilizing Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Power Query) to create and manage contracts. Ideally you will have experience with process mapping, contract life cycle management, and digital transformation.

The ideal candidate needs 3 - 5 years of related work experience and degree or Master’s / Juris Doctorate from a recognised university from a related field, including but not limited to: law, legal operations, business management, accounting, economics, information systems.
