Your key responsibilities as the US Tax Manager
As part of the tax management team, you will play a key role in expanding and enhancing the U.S. Tax practice. This includes overseeing and participating in the preparation of U.S. income tax returns for clients, with a focus on specialised sectors such as property and casualty insurance, international executive taxation, and hedge funds/private equity funds. Additionally, this position entails supervising tax staff to ensure high-quality service and compliance.
Requirements
Applicants for the US Tax Manager role should possess a minimum of five years of experience in U.S. Taxation, public accounting, or a professional services setting with a focus on U.S. Tax issues. A professional qualification such as Enrolled Agent, LLM, or CPA/ACA/ACCA/CA is required. While membership in a recognised accountancy body is not mandatory, it would be a significant advantage. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as overtime may be necessary.
