Your key responsibilities as the Corporate Tax Manager (Advisory)
The role involves managing a portfolio of clients and providing expert commercial tax advice. Responsibilities include advising on business structures, expansions, financing, and refinancings, as well as handling tax controversies and disputes related to tax authority inquiries. You will also guide on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, acquisition structuring, and post-acquisition integration. Additionally, you’ll prepare clients for new tax developments, such as Pillar 2, and assist teams in restructuring to meet future tax challenges. The role also includes overseeing the preparation of corporate tax returns, identifying related planning opportunities, and mentoring a high-performing team.
Requirements
Candidates applying for the Corporate Tax Manager role should have 5 to 8 years of experience in Corporate Tax, ideally gained in an Accounting or Law Firm. You must be CTA qualified and hold a relevant degree.
