Graham comes from a customer insights background and puts Kingpin’s interest at the forefront by getting heavily involved in the research and planning of customer insights surveys.
Prior to joining Kingpin, he delivered a customer perception study for a car dashboard manufacturer in the automotive sector. The study looked at product developments, pricing sensitivity, customer engagement technique, market trends and was used directly to influence strategy for the future.
Graham designed the survey, conducted interviews with engineers and key buyers and collated respondent information for the final written presentation. This applied research has improved the account managed value of 8 global customers.
Graham provides practical ideas with immediate effect, ensuring consistent service levels are maintained throughout the project.
Outside of work, Graham enjoys playing a range of sports and has developed a healthy obsession for golf and tennis. Graham is an active networker and gets around various professional events to remain immersed in industry trends.
